3º ANO - CONDITIONALS 2 (II UNIDADE)

Podemos verificar vários tipos de ocorrência com as estruturas condicionais:

Modals - verbos modais como may, might, can e could podem ser usados.
If you go out in the rain, you may catch a cold.
If we had asked her, she could have come

Imperative - usado para dar uma ordem ou instrução.
If you have problems, call me.

Simple Present - usado para expressar leis naturais e verdades universais.
If you heat iron, it melts.

Were - pode ser usado em lugar de was para a 1ª pessoa do singular.
If I were your mother, I would punish you.

Unless (se não, a menos que), Provided that (desde que) - podem ser usados em lugar de if e if not.
Unless we study, we won't pass the examination.
Provided that we study, we will pass the examination.

If - pode ser omitido invertendo-se o sujeito com o verbo.
If he had a car, he would ride to work.
Had he a car, he would ride to work.
